Our design and development team at MBS recognizes the need for brand distinction and we work closely with the key brand stakeholders to ensure that branded PoC materials are designed and manufactured to the highest quality.  To support this belief we continue to invest in our design capability and manufacturing facility, demonstrating our on going commitment and passion for delivering unique PoC brand solutions.

DFM, DFA, FMEA

Our extensive knowledge and experience of product design and development ensure that we fully appreciate and follow strict protocols throughout the process of design, utilizing the latest computer based design technology, rapid prototyping, 3D modelling and full working model CNC production, to turn concepts into manufactured realities.

Operational excellence

Manitowoc Beverage Systems UK have developed and invested in a complete brands innovation unit, of dedicated manufacturing cells, that is capable of producing in excess of 100,000 units per annum. 

This facility will adopt the latest lean manufacturing techniques of single piece flow with minimal stock and excellent standards of housekeeping. We have invested heavily in all areas of the business to ensure excellence, the fundamental prerequisite for success.
