This name change follows from The Manitowoc Company, Inc. acquisition of Scotsman Beverage System’s parent company, Enodis plc in October 2008. In addition to this name change, Manitowoc Beverage Systems is integrating the European sales and distribution for the Manitowoc beverage product range, including leading brands Multiplex®, Servend® and Flomatic® with its current products and consolidating the distribution of this enhanced portfolio from its business location in Halesowen, West Midlands, UK.
